We retain your Order Information until you ask us to delete it. We may retain Device Information for longer to analyse website use, but we anonymise it so that you cannot be identified.

We may update this privacy policy when needed. We will notify you of changes by publishing the updated version on the website.

This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you learn that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately so we can delete it.

Our own tracking of visits and campaign sources uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We record your city and country, along with the ad or campaign that brought you here. If you place an order, its campaign source is recorded with it.

Legal basis for processing

Order processing and delivery: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b). Accounting: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c). Marketing and audience building: legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). Tracking that requires consent: consent, Article 6(1)(a).

How long we keep your data

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by accounting law. We regularly delete our own visitor analytics data. Session data is deleted after 6 months and aggregated statistics after 25 months. Other data is kept only for as long as needed for its purpose.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Shopify and Meta may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and otherwise by Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Meta Pixel

The store uses the Meta Pixel, which collects information about your visit, including page views, events such as purchases, and technical information, to measure ads and build audiences. We and Meta are joint controllers for this collection. You can object by contacting us or changing your ad settings on Meta.

Marketing through Meta

We share an encrypted version of your email address, phone number, name and postcode with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. so we can show ads to people similar to our customers. The data is hashed in your browser before it is sent, and Meta cannot read it in plain text. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object at any time by contacting us at support@snuglery.com. Transfers to the United States take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, receive a portable copy, and object to processing, particularly for direct marketing. You can lodge a complaint with the ICO in the United Kingdom, or IMY in Sweden where the company is based.
